Use this command to create an MSTP instance.

mstp instance priority
You can assign a priority value for a bridge associated with an instance. The lower the priority,
the greater the chance the bridge becomes root for that instance. Use the procedure in this
section to configure priority for an instance.

Specifies the MSTP instance ID. Valid values
are 1 to 15.
Value
Restores the default priority value for an
instance. The default value for priority is
32768.
Specifies the priority that you assign to the
instance. The default value for priority is
32768. Bridge priority values are in
increments of 4096. Valid values are 0 to
61440.
