The following example shows the configuration of a destination pattern in which the preceding
digit pattern is repeated multiple times:

The following example shows the configuration of a destination pattern in which the possible
numeric values are between 5550109 and 5550199:
AG/configure# dial-peer voice voip 300 AG/configure/dial-peer/voice/
voip 300# destination-pattern 55501[0-9]9
The following example shows the configuration of a destination pattern in which the possible
numeric values are 5550439, 5553439, 5555439, 5557439, and 5559439:

configure dial-peer voice destination-pattern
Value
Specifies a pattern for the E.164 or private
dialing plan telephone number. Valid entries
are the digits 0 through 9, and the following
characters:
• Period (.), which matches any entered digit
(this character is used as a wildcard).
• Percent sign (%), which indicates that the
preceding digit occurred zero or more
times; similar to the wildcard usage.
• Plus sign (+), which indicates that the
preceding digit occurred one or more
times.
• Brackets ( [ ] ), which indicate a range. A
range is a sequence of characters
enclosed in the brackets; only numeric
characters from 0 to 9 are allowed in the
range.
• T: indicates that the destination pattern
value is a variable-length dial string.
Disables the configured prefix or telephone
number.
