OCTEL 200/300 CONFIGURATION

To implement Enhanced DTMF In-band Integration, the following tables are used. Refer to the
Configuration volume for specific configuration information for each table.

All extension numbers configured for In-band Integration must match
the mailbox number; therefore, shared extensions with different
mailbox numbers are not allowed.
In the Octel 200/300, the DTMF In-band port should be configured as
an AX mode port.
Configure COS Attribute 68 — THIS PORT IS DTMF INTEGRATED,
for all ports receiving DTMF In-band calls.
The TRANSLATION Table, if configured, is used to translate the
source and destination fields.

If a transferred call shows a port as the source and the
TRANSLATION Table is used, the translated value of the
extension must be used in the SLOTS Table.
Configure this table if the PBX supports trunk group numbers on call
records for incoming external calls.
