Modify System Parameter 9 to be 700 (increase flash
time).

Add Attribute 9 to the COS of all mailboxes requiring
message waiting notification.
5.
All ports should be configured for OUTCALL. (If not
ALL can be YES for OUTCALL, then configure the
higher number ports to be YES).

for these trunks.

For mailboxes requiring quick greeting activation modify
INFORMATION Table index number 25 to be YES.
