Item Description
1. Modify System Parameter 9 to be 700 (increase flash
time).
2. Modify System Parameter 116 to be YES.
3. Add Attribute 9 to the COS of all mailboxes requiring
message waiting notification.
4. All ports should be configured for outcall. (If not, all
can be YES for outcall, then configure the higher num-
ber ports to be YES).
5. Include changes in the
