Octel 200/300 Port Extensions

DEFINITY G3i station data must be changed for all Octel 200/300 port extensions that are to be
integrated.
Configuration
Proceed with the configuration of the Octel 200/300 port extension as follows:
1. Note which extensions are currently used for Octel 200/300 ports, and which of those extensions are
to be used for integrated ports.
2. Use the CHANGE command to modify one of the Octel 200/300 port extensions to be integrated.
Figure 7.1-8 shows an example of the Station data entry screen for an Octel 200/300 port (2500 type
single-line analog extension).
3. Be sure to assign the COR defined for the integrated Octel 200/300 ports (COR DP) in the
DEFINITY G3i Configuration section, COR.
4. Change the Name entry so that it fits this format:
Name: D-XXX
XXX is the 3- to 8-digit extension of each Octel 200/300 port. This allows the ATTIC to recognize
ports from call record information.
