Item Description
1. Assign COS Attribute 9 only to mailboxes that will use MWI to acti-
vate message waiting lamps.
2. Assign COS Attribute 15 only to mailboxes of extensions that will for-
ward to the Octel 200/300 for call coverage.
3. For mailboxes assigned COS Attribute 15, set these index values to be
one ring less than the number of rings for RNA forwarding in the Mitel
SX-200 Digital.
4. Assign INFORMATION Table Index 25 to allow mailbox holders to
quickly change their greetings without first entering their mailboxes.
5. Assign COS Attribute 58 to non-integrated ports.
6. Modify System Parameter 13 as follows:
TRANSFER INITIATE CODE = FE
RECONNECT CODE AFTER NO ANSWER = F
RECONNECT CODE AFTER BUSY = F
RECONNECT CODE AFTER FAST BUSY = F
TRANSFER COMPETE CODE = NONE
7. Modify System Parameter 16 as follows:
ALT. TRANSFER INITIATE CODE = FE
ALT. RECONNECT CODE AFTER NO ANSWER = F
ALT. RECONNECT CODE AFTER BUSY = F
ALT. RECONNECT CODE AFTER FAST BUSY = F
ALT. TRANSFER COMPETE CODE = NONE
8. Modify System Parameter 33 to be NONE.
9. Modify System Parameter 56 to be 0.
10. If using COV Voice Mail port MWI, modify System Parameters 79 and
81 to be 00.
If using sub-attendant MWI, modify System Parameters 79 and 81 to be
NONE.
11. Modify System Parameter 85 to be F.
12. Modify System Parameter 116 to be YES.
13. Modify System Parameter 117 to 5.
14. Modify System Parameter 131 to be YES.
15. Modify System Parameter to be YES.
16. Modify System Parameter 191 to be the hour of the day to reactivate
message waiting indication.
17. Modify the SLOTS Table so that all integrated ports are in AX mode
and that all ports are configured for outcall except the port used for
MWI.
