Be sure all other
functions operate
normally.

With key switch turned
to ground controls and
0V
both Emergency Stop
buttons pulled out to the
position, hold the
ON
function enable switch to
either side and move the
turntable rotate toggle
switch TS17 in the
RIGHT
direction. Check voltage
on wht/red wire on
turntable rotate
proportional valve coil
(item S).
12V or more

Hold the function enable
switch to either side and
4 to 6V
move the turntable
rotate toggle switch in
the direction.
RIGHT
Check voltage at TB6.
0V
4 to 6V
With key switch turned
to platform controls and
both Emergency Stop
buttons pulled out to the
position, press down
ON
the foot switch and
move turntable rotate
controller in the
RIGHT
direction. Check voltage
at TP6.
0V
Press down the foot
0V
switch and check
voltage at terminal "+"
on controller.
12V or more
Re-adjust controller (see
Repair Section) OR
replace controller OR
consult Genie Industries
Service Department.
Repair open in wht/red-4
wire circuit from TB6 to
turntable rotate
proportional valve coil
OR repair open in brn
ground wire circuit to
valve coil.
Repair open in wht/red-3
wire from TP6 to TB6.
Repair open in power
supply circuit from TP24
to controller OR repair
open in brn ground wire
circuit from ground to
controller.
