Be sure boom up drive
limit switch is being
activated by the cam on
the boom when the
boom is raised.
Be sure that the boom
extend drive limit switch
is not being held down
or being activated when
the boom is extended.
Be sure the wiring to
limit switches is intact
and show no signs of
damage or corrosion.

Extend the boom past
the limit switch (LS1)
continuity
and check continuity
from ground to terminal
#6 on the horsepower
limiter board.

Check continuity from continuity Repair open in org wire
ground to TB40.

Test limit switches. See

Repair open from wht
wires at TB40 to drive
limit switches (LS1 and
LS2), then from brn
ground wires to ground.
