Cause
The ECM received an
illegal interruption
signal from one or more
engine sensors and has
gone into a default
program and then
return to normal
operation.
Under normal operation
the ECM will store
numbers into memory.
If this does not happen,
it will reset itself and set
fault code 56.
Battery supply voltage
to the ECM is 8V DC or
less.
Battery supply voltage
to the ECM is 18V DC
or more.

Replace the ECM.
