Valve Adjustments -
Oscillate Manifold
How to Adjust the Oscillate
Sequencing Valve Pressure
When removing a hose assembly
or fitting, the O-ring on the fitting
and/or hose end must be replaced
and then torqued to specification
during installation.
Refer to Section Two, Hydraulic
Hose and Fitting Torque
Specifications.
1 Connect a 0 to 2000 psi (0 to 138 bar) pressure
gauge to the diagnostic nipple (index 9) located
on the oscillate manifold.
Bodily injury hazard. Spraying
hydraulic oil can penetrate and
burn skin. Loosen hydraulic
connections very slowly to allow
the oil pressure to dissipate
gradually. Do not allow oil to
squirt or spray.
2 Remove the chassis cover from the non-steer
end of the drive chassis.
3 Disconnect the directional valve linkage, by
removing the clevis yoke from the drive
chassis.
