Setting Limits (Check Header - same as previous)
The power sensor can be configured to verify the current measurement in any
measurement line against predefined upper and/or lower limit values. The
range of values that can be set for the upper and lower limits and the default
values depends on the measurement units in the currently measurement line -
see

Checking for Limit Failures

There is a way to check for limit failures:
• Use the CALCulate[1]:LIMit:FAIL? and CALCulate[1]:LIMit:FCOunt?
