13 IEEE 488.2 Command Reference

*TST?

The *TST? (TeST) query causes the power sensor to perform the self test. The
test takes approximately 40 seconds.
The result of the test is placed in the output queue.
• 0 is returned if the test passes
• 1 if the test fails
