*STB?
returns the value of the Status Byte Register. Bit 6 (decimal weight 64) is
set if a service request is pending.
Register if a service request is generated by a message available (MAV) condition.
*STB?
is a query. Thus, sending the command in response to a MAV condition
will generate Error -410 "Query interrupted".
