Usage Users entering EXEC Privilege mode or any other configured privilege level can access
Information configuration commands. To protect against unauthorized access, use the enable
password command to configure a password for the enable command at a specific
privilege level. If no privilege level is specified, the default is privilege level 15.

Enable polling intervals of optical information updates for simple network management protocol (SNMP).

To disable optical power information updates, use the no enable optical-info-
update interval command.

Enable 10–gigabit small form-factor pluggable (XFP) power updates for SNMP.
C-Series, E-Series, S-Series
Syntax enable xfp-power-updates interval seconds
Original command.

seconds. Range: 120 to 6000 seconds. Default: 300 seconds (5
minutes).
Introduced on the Z9000 to replace the enable xfp-power-
updates command.
Replacement command for the S4810 only. Replaces the enable
