Turning the SPD-LMT input ON causes the operating speed to limit.

Description
Selects the setting method of the speed
limit value.
Sets the percentage of the speed limit
based on "Speed" of the operation data
being 100 %. This is enabled when the
"SPD-LMT speed limit type selection"
parameter is set to "0: Ratio."
Sets the speed limit value as "Value." This is
enabled when the "SPD-LMT speed limit
type selection" parameter is set to "1:
Value."
