CLEAN THE PRINTER

CLEANING THE EXTERIOR SURFACE OF THE PRINTER
The printer's exterior surfaces (doors and panels) may accumulate dust and periodically require cleaning.
Exterior doors and panels, with the exception of the oven window and touchscreen display, can be cleaned
using a slightly damp microfiber cloth (supplied in the Welcome Kit). The cloth should be only slightly damp to
ensure that water does not enter the printer. Excess water can cause damage to interior components.
CLEANING THE OVEN DOOR GLASS/WINDOW
Caution: Using a cleaner which contains ammonia and/or alcohol can damage
the printer's glass/window and cause yellowing. Only suitable cleaning solutions
(Novus 1) and a microfiber cloth (included in the Welcome Kit) should be used to
clean the oven door's polycarbonate panel.
The oven door's tempered glass pane can be cleaned using a slightly soapy
warm water solution, and a microfiber cloth (included in the Welcome Kit).
The oven door window is comprised of an interior pane of glass as well as an exterior polycarbonate panel (see
"Oven Door" on page 26
surfaces of the panel, as well as access both surfaces of the glass pane. Perform the following steps to remove
the polycarbonate panel and clean the surfaces of the panel and glass pane:
Caution: The polycarbonate exterior panel features an anti-scratch coating on
its exterior surface. However, certain materials can still damage/scratch the
panel's surface. Use extreme care when removing this panel to avoid any
activity which may scratch the panel's exterior surface.
1. Turn power OFF by pressing the red Power OFF button on the front of the printer (see
