No filament detected at canister bay
• Indicates that the switch in the canister drive is not detecting filament. This could indicate that the
canister is empty or filament became broken during the load process.
• Correct condition - remove the canister and clear all filament from the filament tubes (see
Canisters" on page
page 118). If the error persists, contact Stratasys Customer Support or your regional Stratasys office

Failed to load filament to head
• Indicates that filament is not loaded to the head and the printer does not think the tip was loaded.
• Correct condition - remove the canister and clear all filament from the filament tubes (see

Auto purge detection failed

Indicates that the printer was unable to detect a stable tip temperature.

Correct condition - unload model and support material (see

each tip using the purge buttons within the Tip Maintenance page (see
