CONTROLLER SOFTWARE
Controller Software can be updated using either of the methods described below; however, the Web Method is
the preferred update method:
Note: Updating Controller Software will erase all job files from the Job Queue
(files within the Sample Queue are retained). After completing the software
update, you will need to resend jobs to the printer.
UPDATING CONTROLLER SOFTWARE - WEB METHOD
Perform the following steps to update your printer's Controller Software version:
Open the Maintenance page by pressing the Maintenance button within the Navigation Bar.

Locate the Update Software row within the page. Press the right arrow graphic within the row to
open the Update Software page.
