ENABLE MTCONNECT
The MTConnect slider graphic allows you to enable the MTConnect system functionality for the purpose of
remotely tracking printer defined metrics. MTConnect is available for 380/450mc printers with Controller
software versions 6.4.6708 and above.
To configure this setting, use the slider graphic to turn the setting On and Off as needed. See
System Activation" on page 186

SERVICE MODE
The Service Mode slider graphic allows an authorized service representative to put the printer into Service
Mode in order to perform service procedures. Only authorized service representatives can put the printer into
Service Mode using this setting, as a password is required to put the printer into this mode.
