4. Verstopfungsgrad des Filters >109 % <=125 %
Die selbständige DPF-Regeneration ist für eine
Reinigung des Filters nicht ausreichend und die
erste Aufforderung zur manuellen Regeneration
wurde ignoriert, die Kontrollleuchte (F1) beginnt
langsam auf dem Display zu blinken, die
Warnleuchte (1) auf dem Armaturenbrett leuchtet
auf und ein akustisches Alarmsignal wird aktiviert.
Es werden Maßnahmen zu Schutz des Motors
(Derating) aktiviert, indem das Drehmoment und
die Geschwindigkeit des Traktors progressiv
begrenzt werden.
5. Verstopfungsgrad des Filters >125 % <=156 %
Die manuelle Stand alone-Regeneration ist für
eine Reinigung des Filters nicht ausreichend,
die Kontrollleuchte (F1) beginnt schnell auf
dem Display zu blinken, die Not-Aus-Leuchte
(2) leuchtet am Armaturenbrett auf und ein
akustisches Alarmsignal wird aktiviert.
Es werden strengere Maßnahmen zum Schutz
des Motors (Derating) als die vorhergehenden
aktiviert.
Eine DPF-Regeneration ist weiterhin mit dem
Motordiagnose-Tool möglich, der autorisierte
technische Kundendienst von Deutz muss
kontaktiert werden.
6. Verstopfungsgrad des Filters >156 % Die
Regeneration des Filters ist nicht mehr möglich,
die Kontrollleuchte (F1) beginnt schnell auf dem
Display zu blinken, die Not-Aus-Leuchte (2)
blinkt am Armaturenbrett auf und ein akustisches
Alarmsignal wird aktiviert. Der DPF muss
ausgetauscht werden.

tractor in a progressive mode.

The engine protection strategies (second level
Derating) are activated, more limitited compared
to the previous.
Regeneration is possible through the engine
diagnosis instrument, it's necessary to contact
the technical assistance service licensed
Deutz.
6. Soot level >156% the filter regeneration isn't
possible, warning light (F1) flashing fast on
display, emergency stop light (2) steady on cluster
and an acoustic alarm signaling the anomaly is
activated, is necessary the DPF replacement.
