Einstellung der Geländeoberkante
Mit der Option „Geländeoberkante einstellen"
kann der Benutzer die durch die Zahl „0" auf dem
Positionsbalken angezeigte Höhe ändern und sie
durch die aktuelle Position des Arbeitsgeräts ersetzen.
Für eine korrekte Einstellung muss der Benutzer
das Arbeitsgerät auf den ebenen Boden absenken
und diesen Bildschirm aufrufen. Wenn die
Geländeoberkante nicht aktiviert ist, wird auf dem
Bildschirm „OFF" angezeigt, wenn sie aktiviert
ist hingegen „ON". Um die Geländeoberkante zu
deaktivieren bzw. zu aktivieren, die Enter-Taste
jeweils 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten. Wenn
bei aktiviertem Menü der Geländeoberkante die
Enter-Taste gedrückt wird, wird die aktuelle Position
als Grundebene gespeichert. Das Symbol für die
Geländeoberkante wird im unteren Bereich des
Positionsbalkens angezeigt.
Der Kalibrierzyklus setzt die untere Grenze des
Positionsbalkens auf die Ebene, die sie während der
Kalibrierung erreichen könnte, was durch die Zahl „0"
auf dem Positionsbalken angezeigt wird, so dass die
Bodenoberkante eine positive Zahl über „0" wäre.
Mit der Option „Geländeoberkante einstellen" wird die
von der Zahl „0" auf dem Positionsbalken angezeigte
Höhe wiederhergestellt und durch die aktuelle
Position des Arbeitsgeräts ersetzt. Somit werden alle
Punkte unter dieser Position mit einem negativen Wert
und die darüber liegenden Punkte mit einem positiven
Wert im Positionsbalken angezeigt. Diese Funktion
wird üblicherweise auf einem Feld verwendet, auf dem
der Benutzer die beim Pflügen erzielte Schnitttiefe
messen möchte. Wenn die Geländeoberkante mit
der Option „Geländeoberkante einstellen" auf Null
eingestellt wird, würden die negativen Werte, die
als „Pfeil der aktuellen Position" im Positionsbalken
angezeigt werden, noch verringert werden, wenn das
Gerät eine größere Tiefe erreicht.

Set ground
The 'Set Ground' option allows the user to change
the level indicated by the number "0" on the Position
Bar by replacing it with the current position of the
implement.
To set this correctly the user should lower the
implement onto the level ground and then navigate to
this screen. If Ground level is not active then "OFF"
will be displayed on the screen and if it is active then
"ON" will be displayed on the screen. To Turn Ground
Level OFF and ON, hold the Enter Key for 5 seconds
respectively. If the Enter Key is pressed with Ground
Level Menu "ON" the current position will be recorded
as ground level. The Ground Level icon will appear on
the bottom side of Position Bar:
The calibration cycle sets the lower limit on the
position scale to the level it could reach during
calibration, which is indicated by the number "0" on
the Position Bar. This level will be the mechanical
limits of the lower links, reflecting the maximum depth
the lower links can reach. This is usually below the
ground level. That maximum depth point is assigned
a position of "0", and therefore the ground level would
be a positive number above "0".
The 'Set Ground' option resets the level indicated
by the number "0" on the Position Bar by replacing
it to the current position of the implement. Then all
the levels below this position will be indicated by a
negative value while the levels above will be indicated
by a positive number on the Position Bar. This feature
is usually used on a field where the user wishes to
gage the depth of cut achieved during plowing. By
setting the ground level as zero using this 'Set ground'
option the negative values read as the 'Current
Position Arrow' on the position bar would become
more negative as the implement reaches a deeper
depth.
