This monitoring value shows the fieldbus frequency reference as a percentage of minimum
frequency to maximum frequency.
The speed reference information is scaled between the minimum and the maximum
frequency at the moment when the application received it. You can change the minimum and
the maximum frequencies after the application received the reference without an effect on
the reference.
