Is there continuity?
Y E S — G o t o step 20.
NO—Repair open in the w i r e between the PCM (B4)
and the IMT actuator, then go to step 25.

I YES—Repair short in the w i r e between the PCM
(B3) and the IMT actuator, then g o to step 25.
