Step 1 Configure the Eth-Trunk interface on NPE1 and NPE2.

Step 2 Configure the sub-interface for QinQ VLAN tag termination on NPE1 and NPE2.

Configure the sub-interface for QinQ VLAN tag termination on NPE1 and NPE2.
Configure the mVRRP backup group and service VRRP backup group on the sub-interfaces
for QinQ VLAN tag termination of NPE1 and NPE2 and bind the service VRRP backup
group with the mVRRP backup group.
Establish the BFD session between NPE1 and NPE2 and between the NPE and the CE.
Configure master/backup fast switchover of the mVRRP backup group using BFD
sampling.
