(EGR) Valve—75 PS/90 PS
Removal and Installation
5. Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration(s) and table
(s).
Transit/Tourneo Connect 2002.5 (06/2002-)
1. NOTE: Make a note of the position of the
charge air cooler outlet hose retaining clamp.
Remove the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
1. Loosen the retaining clamps.
2. Remove the retaining nuts.
Discard the hose retaining clamp.
2. Disconnect the EGR valve electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the intake manifold and EGR valve
vacuum lines.
4. Remove the turbocharger.
