7. Remove the catalyst monitor sensor.
8. CAUTION: Over bending of the exhaust
flexible pipe may cause damage resulting in
failure.
Support the exhaust flexible pipe with a suitable
support wrap or suitable splint.
9. Detach the exhaust flexible pipe from the
catalytic converter.
Discard the gasket and nuts.
10. CAUTION: The catalytic converter must
be supported while the support strap is
removed.
Remove the catalytic converter support bracket.
11. Remove the catalytic converter.
Installation
CAUTION: Never use jointing compound
