12. Adjust the gearshift cable.
Press the locking tab.
13. Rotate the special tool approximately 45 degrees
counterclockwise to unlock the gearshift
mechanism.
14. Remove the special tool.
1. Pull the reverse gear release.
2. Remove the special tool.
Vehicles built 05/2004 onwards
15. Using the special tool, lock the gearshift lever.
16. Detach the selector cable from the selector lever.
1. Release the selector cable adjuster.
2. Press the selector cable catch.
