on LPG
The LPG indicator lamp
is constantly
illuminated
PINPOINT TEST A : DTC P0117, DTC P0118 - ENGINE WILL NOT SWITCH
TO LPG
TEST CONDITIONS
A1: CHECK THE FUEL VAPORIZER COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUIT
* Kinked or restricted
fuel lines.
* LPG Fuel injector(s)
are inoperative.
* Vehicle has run out
of LPG.
* LPG mixture is
weak.
* Switch.
* LPG mixture is rich.
* AFCM.
Disconnect AFCM C405 and C406.

Ignition switch in position II.

With the engine coolant at approximately 20

degrees Celsius measure the resistance between
the AFCM C406 pin 28, circuit 8-RJ5 (WH), harness
side and AFCM C405 pin 34, circuit 9-RJ5 (BN),
harness side.

TEST the system for normal operation.
* CHECK the fuel lines from the fuel distributor
to the injectors for signs of damage or
restriction. INSTALL new fuel lines as
necessary. TEST the system for normal
operation.
* REMOVE and INSPECT the fuel injectors.
INSTALL new LPG fuel injectors as necessary.

TEST the system for normal operation.
* CHECK and REFILL the LPG fuel tank.
* CHECK and ADJUST the differential pressure
settings in the fuel vaporizer/distributor.

TEST the system for normal operation.
* CHECK the switch electrical connector is
correctly installed. REPAIR as necessary.
TEST the system for normal operation.
* CHECK and ADJUST the differential pressure
settings in the fuel vaporizer/distributor.
