Configuring the local time zone using EDM

Use the following procedure to set a local time zone.
Procedure steps
1. From the navigation tree, double-click Edit.
2. In the Edit tree, double-click SNTP/Clock.
3. In the work area, click theTime Zone tab.
4. In the TimeZone box, select the time zone offset.

Configuring the local time zone using EDM
Value
Specifies the frequency, in hours, that the device
attempts to synchronize with the NTP servers.
Values range from 0 to 168. With a value of 0,
synchronization occurs only when the switch boots
up.
Specifies that the device to immediately attempt to
synchronize with the NTP servers.
Indicates the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
when the device last synchronized with an NTP
server. This is a read-only value.
Indicates the IP source address type of the NTP
server with which this device last synchronized.
Indicates the IP source address of the NTP server
with which this device last synchronized. This is a
read-only value.
Indicates the UTC at which the next synchronization
is scheduled.
Indicates the number of times the switch failed to
synchronize with the primary server address.
However, synchronization with the secondary server
address can still occur.
Indicates the number of times the switch failed to
synchronize with the secondary server address,
Indicates the current switch UTC.
