14.7 BINA (Conversion: BIN → Decimal ASCII)

● If the number of bytes of the resulting ASCII code (including the negative sign) is larger than

the number of bytes specified by [S2], an operation error occurs.

● For [S2], specify the number of digits for the conversion target including the sign.
