[(Bits to be counted -1)/16] + 1

Rounded down to the nearest integer

● The number of bits to be counted that is specified by [n] is 1 to 65535. However, this range

must not exceed the device area.

Example 1) Carry out counting for 8 points from WX0

Targeted bits: 8 bits from X0 to X7
