● This instruction configures the settings for enabling or disabling transfers for an HTTP client.
● Before executing this instruction, use
the programming tool software "FPWIN GR7" to configure transfer settings.
● It takes some time to accept the processing of the transfer cancel request. After executing
the instruction, check the transfer status to see if the transfer stops. For details on checking
