Reading position specification (S2+3,S2+4)
WUME-FP7CPUPGR-12
Description
0: Normal mode:
1: Normal mode:
2: Reading position
specification mode 1:
3: Reading position
specification mode 2:
(Zero is set.)
● Available only when the reading position specification mode 1 or mode 2 is
set in [S2+1].
● The reading position (file pointer) is specified in bytes.
● When the file reading process is completed, the reading position (file
pointer) moves to the end of read data. If the reading operation is
performed again in this state, the next data will be read.
● In the case of reading position specification mode 1, data in the file is read
from the reading position (file pointer) counted from the start of the file.
● In the case of the reading position specification mode 2, data in the file is
read from the reading position (file pointer) counted from the end of the
file.
● When the reading mode is set to the normal mode, the file reading position
is disabled. Therefore, data is always read from the head of a file. In this
case, the storage to the reading position (file pointer) is not performed
after the reading process.
Stores the number of data items that could be read as a result of reading from
the file.
Example 1) When the number of data to be read is 40 and 100 pieces of data
exist in the file, and the data is read starting from the head of the file, "40"
(the number of read data) is stored.
Example 2) When the number of data to be read is 40 and 30 pieces of data
exist in the file, and the data is read starting from the head of the file, "30"
(the number of read data) is stored.
Example 3) When the number of data to be read is 40 and 100 character data
exist in the file, and the data is read starting from the head of the file, "40"
(the number of read characters) is stored.
Example 4) When the number of data to be read is 40 and 30 character data
exist in the file, and the data is read starting from the head of the file, "30"
(the number of read characters) is stored.
(Target read data)
18.4 CRD (File Data Read Instruction)
Always reads data from the beginning of the
file.
Always reads data from the beginning of the
file.
*The same operation as mode 0.
Reads data from the position after the
number of bytes stored in [S2+3] and [S2+4]
from the head of the file.
Reads data from the position after the
number of bytes stored in [S2+3] and [S2+4]
from the end of the file.
