Description
To be set when the read area is out of the range.
To be set when the read type [S1] is set to an item other than "IPv4", "IPv6", "FTPc",
"HTTPc", "SMTPc" or "EIP".
To be set when the target to be read [S2] is set to an item other than "MAC", "CONNECT",
"IDx", "LOGx", "IDALL", "LOGALL", "ALL", "NODE", "NORMAL", "STOP", "ERR" or "PLC".
To be set when a combination other than the combinations listed in the restrictions on
combination is specified for the type [S1] and target [S2] to be read.
To be set when the unit specified by UNITSEL is not the built-in ET-LAN.
Set when executed in an interrupt program.
