Displays details about the calibration parameters.
Clicking [Edit enable] will let you change the numbers for A to F.
If any number has been changed, the message "This data has been edited" appears
at the left of [Edit enable].
This magnification is the coordinates of X axis direction after calibration.
This magnification is the coordinates of Y axis direction after calibration.
This angle is camera coordinate of X-axis and the coordinates of X axis direction
after calibration.
This angle is camera coordinate of Y-axis and the coordinates of X axis direction
after calibration.
This is an origin X after calibration.
This is an origin Y after calibration.
This is XY-axis angle after calibration.
Maximum value of distance calculated standard position and sampling result.
Stage is not set to θaxis, [-] is displayed because calculation is impossible.
Maximum error of X-axis coordinate position calculated standard position and
sampling result.
Stage is not set to X axis, [-] is displayed because calculation is impossible.
Maximum error of Y-axis coordinate position calculated standard position and
sampling result.
Stage is not set to X axis, [-] is displayed because calculation is impossible.
Displays sampling data used for creating the calibration parameters.
Reference position displays the movement amount from the origin return position (all
axes at 0.0 position).
Data other than the reference position displays the movement amount from the
reference position when [One by one] is selected as the sampling method.
Reference position is re-set befer this calibraiton is executed.
Normally, non-existenting axis avlue is 0 when Xθ, Yθ, θX, θY, X or Y stage is
selected.
Set back the reference position as the next measurement target and start over
calibrations
