Set an upper and lower height limit as a percentage of the neighboring
character for recognition of characters as hyphens (-). Characters that fit
between the upper and lower limits of the [Hyphen Threshold] are
0 to 100
recognized as hyphens. Characters that are above the upper limit of the
[30] to [70]
"Hyphen Threshold" are recognized as apostrophes ('), and characters
that are below the lower limit of the "Hyphen Threshold" are recognized
as periods.*
