In this Precise calibration setting area, specify each item.
In this calibration, there are two methods for sampling. Creatable calibration data limit 8. One method is
creating sample one by one. Other one is creating all samples at the same time.
[One by one] in [Sampling method]
This function widens the sampling measurement area more than [All at once] because it calculates the
visual field range for each of calibration data.
Note
• This calibration can be [NG] (failed) when inapplicable measurement processing unit data is [NG].
• In this case, change the determining method in [Calibration target] area. Set the unit judgment [JG] for
measurement sampling to each judgment methods of calibration data. By setting this, normalizes calibration
processing even if inapplicable measurement processing unit data is judged as [NG].
(Reference: Calibration (Vision Master Calibration) (p.746))
[All at once] in [Sampling method]
This function is able to create the calibration data faster than [One by one] because all of the calibration
data are simultaneously created.
Note
• However, normalization of measurement processing unit may not complete for each of calibration data.
• In this case, confirm evaluation value or maximum error detection value and retry to calibrate.

Description
Set the effective range of the field of view for the image
input unit.
Select the Sampling method.
This setting item is a sampling method that Stage has to
move to X or T axis. This method is composed of parallel
row to X axis and parallel column to Y axis. An intersection
point of its row and column will be sampling point.
Sets the number of lines divided during parallel movement
sampling in this calibration.
Set the number of columns divided during parallel
movement sampling in this calibration.
