Set judgement conditions for all characters individually by character.

Description
The setting is enabled if [OCV] is specified for the inspection mode
and [Unit] is specified for the OCV condition.
Click on the [Verification limits 1] checkbox to turn it ON to verify
the character string on the first line.
The setting is enabled if [OCV] is specified for the inspection
mode, [Unit] is specified for the OCV condition, and the
[Verification limits 1] checkbox is checked.
Set the range for the character string that is to be used as the
character verification string on the first line of the measurement
results for the processing unit specified by the reference unit.
