Opening a Second Application

You can run two applications at the same time - for example,
you can run Frame Relay on Interface A and Physical Testing
on Interface B. From within an application :
• Press the SHIFT and MENU keys simultaneously - the
Main Menu is displayed.
• Choose an interface with which to work. The
Application Menu is displayed.
• Choose the second application.
• Select either Simulate or Monitor mode.
The second application is displayed in the adjacent
window.
Switching between applications
If you have two applications of the same type running
simultaneously (for example, two Frame Relay
applications) you can switch between them :
• Press the MODE key - the second application
becomes active.
If you have two different applications running
simultaneously, for example Frame Relay and Physical
Testing, you can switch between them :
• Press the SHIFT and MENU keys simultaneously to
display the Main Menu.
• Select the other Interface and application - this
application becomes active.
