Choosing the Clock Source

The clock source options available depend on whether

sources. These are as follows :

test. Line is the clock source normally
used when aurora

DTE or CSU/DSU.
The clock is taken from the external
clock source. External can be used
when emulating a DCE for network
sychronization.
The clock is taken from aurora
internal clock. Internal is the clock source
normally used when emulating a DCE or
OCU.
The clock is taken from the other
interface. For example, if you are
currently configuring Interface A,
choose this option to take the clock
from Interface B.
