Network out of order
The network is not functioning. Immediate redial is
unlikely to be successful.
Permanent frame mode connection out of service
A permanently established frame mode connection is
out of service due to equipment.
Permanent frame mode connection operational
A permanently established frame mode connection is
operational and capable of carrying user information.
Temporary failure
The network is not functioning, but this is only
temporary and immediate redial is likely to be
successful.
Switching equipment congestion
The switching equipment generating this cause is
experiencing a period of high traffic.
Access information discarded
The network could not deliver access information to
the remote user as requested (subaddress, low layer
compatibility, etc.) as indicated in the diagnostic.
The particular type of access information discarded
may be included in the diagnostic.
Requested circuit/channel not available
The circuit (or channel) indicated by the requesting
entity cannot be provided by the other side of the
interface.
Quality of service not available
Indicates that the requested Quality of Service
(specified in the link layer core parameters) cannot
be provided.
