Disconnecting an SVC
The procedure to disconnect an established Frame Relay SVC
is termed Call Clearing. This process may be initiated by
either party, regardless of who originated the call. Three
types of messages are used in Call Clearing- DISCONNECT,
RELEASE and RELEASE COMPLETE.
The following diagram shows the flow of these messages:

information element which describes the reason for the
Call Clearing.
