Changing the System Setup

• Press the Config System function key to change the
system settings for aurora
is displayed :

Setting up the Serial Port

To configure the serial port :
• Choose Serial port to display the Serial Config menu.
Selecting the baud rate
You can choose the rate at which data is transmitted over the
serial port.
• Choose Baud Rate to display a sub-menu of baud rate
values.
• Use the arrow keys to highlight the appropriate baud
rate and press ENTER to save your selection and exit
the sub-menu.
Setting the number of bits
You can specify the character length of the serial port
data to suit the device you are connected to.
• Choose Data Bits to display a sub-menu.
• Choose from 7 bits or 8 bits and press ENTER to
save your selection and exit the sub-menu.
