SUSPENSION
ASSEMBLY
Before assembly, wash all parts with a high flash
point or non-flammable solvent and wipe them off
completely.

CIRCLIP
Install a new bushing on the fork tube if necessary.
Place the rebound spring and piston into the fork
tube. Install the spring seat, spring and oil lock valve
onto the piston and secure them with the circlip.
Place the oil lock piece on the end of the piston and
insert the fork tube into the slider.
