STARTER DRIVEN SPROCKET
Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the starter
driven sprocket needle bearing and starter clutch
rollers.
Install the starter driven sprocket onto the rotor by
turning it counterclockwise.
Check the operation of the one-way clutch.
Place the drive chain on the starter drive and driven
sprockets and install the sprocket and rotor onto
the shafts.
CHAIN
Install the plain washer on the shaft.
Apply locking agent to the shaft threads. Apply
engine oil to the under side of the lock nut. Tighten
the lock nut to the specified torque.
TORQUE: aD-90
