Enter the keyword msti and the MST instance number. The range is
zero (0) to 63.
cost
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword cost followed by the port cost value.
The range is 1 to 200000. The defaults are:
priority
Enter keyword priority followed by a value in increments of 16 as
the priority. The range is 0 to 240. The default is 128.
cost = depends on the interface type
