added together to form a single character string.
For example:
class name = env,
area name = Fan,
element index = 000-002,
then the threshold name is envFan000 - envFan002
Another example is as follows:
class name = gbic,
area name = Temp,
element index = 001-00x,
then the threshold name is gbicTemp001-gbicTemp00x
