14. Slide the I/O board toward the front of the module as indicated (A in Figure 75).
15. Lift the I/O board out of the chassis as indicated (B in Figure 75).
16. Place the I/O board on a clean ESD-protected work surface.

Installing the I/O Board

To install the I/O board, follow these instructions:
1. Observe the safety and ESD precautions described in "Warnings and Cautions" on page 179.
2. Place the I/O board into the chassis as indicated (A in Figure 76).
3. Slide the I/O board to the rear of the module as indicated (B in Figure 76).
4. Place the plastic shield over the I/O board.
5. Tighten the four captive screws (A in Figure 77) that hold the plastic shield (B in Figure 77)
over the I/O board. These screws also secure the I/O board into the server chassis.
