Installing a Thermal Blank

Observe the safety and ESD precautions described in "Warnings and Cautions" on page 179.
To install a thermal blank:
1. Position the thermal blank on the processor board as shown in Figure 90.
2. Squeeze the sides of the thermal blank together and slip the tabs (A in Figure 90) in the notches
under the metal power pod frame.
